Feeling Well... Being Well
Practicing yoga helps us to stay healthy and find inner strength. Having discovered this in my mid twenties I now teach yoga in order to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for this wonderful discipline. I teach Hatha yoga which is a mixture of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
My aim is to help students optimise mobility by offering classes that balance muscular development with flexibility. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and self-awareness so that students can work at their own pace with confidence and learn to access the physical and mental strength that practicing yoga offers.
General classes are suitable for people of all ages.
